.The Hope Relief and Orphans Children Village Organization is an organization based in the center of Lugeye, in the Magu district of the Mwanza region of Tanzania.

The HOPE RELIEF AND ORPHANS CHILDREN VILLAGE ORGANIZATION (HROV), was founded by Shija Clement Kinyata and is located in the center of Lugeye, in the Magu district of the Mwanza region of Tanzania, about 40 km from the city center of Mwanza, along the Nyerere road to Musoma and Lake Victoria, one of the largest lakes in Africa. The community population is 15,000.

The Organization was registered at Magu District council on May 13, 2014 with registration No. MDC/CBO/629. The center is home to orphaned children from their villages that are close to the site. These 150 orphans whose parents or guardian died of HIV/AIDS, need high support for school, health and social welfare. Among these children, there are 3 suffering from HIV/AIDS, and 4 with disabilities. John (10) who has lost his left leg, and Susan (9), Regina (11) and Charles (12) who are deaf-mutes. The orphanage houses 50 children, and the rest are shared in the homes of volunteers who help the HROV, and in various foster families. Each volunteer houses 3 children, and the rest of the poor families 2 children. The HROV arranges for food to be provided to these families.Health facilities is Government Health Center called Lugeye where the community gets services. In these services, children from the organization need health insurance called Community Health Fund (NHIF) which requires payment of some amount for each child.

People are engaged in agriculture, fishing, animal conservation and some of them are civil servants. In agriculture, farmers deal with cotton crops, rice paddy, sorghum, millet, maize, cassava, etc. They also produce fruits such as orange, water melon, mango and pawpaw, and vegetables such as cabbage, spinach, etc.

The common meal is stiff porridge (Ugali); mixture of cassava and maize to get the best flavor. People in the community have two meals per day, and some have three meals a day, including breakfast. This type of meal shows the real financial situation of the community and the difficulties it faces in obtaining their food.

Our goal is to help these orphaned children with their survival problems by building an ideal and safe place to live (including a nursery school), their daily food, and improving social welfare.
