A 40km charity challenge to walk around Tokyo's JR Yamanote train line in 12 hours.
After the wonderful success of last year, our first post Covid event, we back looking to raise even more support for the hospice. Last year we raised over ¥4 million yen.
This year we are relying on your generosity even more in order to raise even more for the hospice.
Join us and contribute by taking part, it is really a special feeling like no other, by volunteering to help the day run smoothly and making it so memorable for the participants or by simply donating on this page.
Your generosity makes all the difference to
For 2023
- START: 8:00 - 9:30 (Block start every 15 minutes to prevent crowding)
- FINISH: 21:15 (All teams must finish by this time)
- Choose to do it in a team of 2-44 people
- 100% of your entry fee will be donated to Yokohama Children’s Hospice Project
- Half Yamathon also available
We want as many teams as possible to fundraise for Yokohama Children’s Hospice Project. Please consider raising more funds by creating a support page from here or the hospice homepage.

Archer and Juno - you two are inspiring!! What a great idea and a kind and generous thing to do. While your mom thinks your ideas are crazy, I think she must be crazy to even think about walking all that way with the 2 of you!!
