Work & Study in USA

I am Alaa , i am an Egyptian and i got a bachelor's degree in Mass communication and 3 years ago i was so happy that i will graduate , work and earn money so i can tell me dad to rest after all the past years he was abroad working to get us money so we can live well . but unfortunately the situation in Egypt is getting worse , and wages here are very low and there is no enough jobs here in Egypt and in order to work in Dubai or any other big country to make good money to survive i need to complete my studies and always and ever dream is to continue studying till i get my PHD , i though of USA because there are a lot of work and study programs there and also because i have sent my CV to different companies there and a got a great feedback from them but they are not interviewing people through skype or anything , only face to face interviews .Let me tell you i have been through a severe depression phase and i lost a lot of weight , i was 44 kilos and now i am 36 kilos . please help me reach my dream , travel abroad to find work and study to live well . i appreciate your kindness and donations to me
