# Section 1 Company name: Jamgra Welfare Society.

Summary Name: Jamgara Society.

Name in English: Jamgora Welfare Society. Short Jamgora Society.

# Section 2 Address: Dhaka.Bangladesh

# Section 3 Work area: This organization's work is primarily limited to "Dhaka".

# Article 4 Nature and characteristics of the organization: The organization will work as a non-profit non-profit voluntary organization. The organization will adopt multi-pronged self-employment programs including socio-economic, education, culture, sports and development of the backward and disadvantaged sections of the society as well as to maintain public benefit opportunities for the development of social development and humanitarian activities. The organization is committed to the socio-economic development activities of people of different regions of the region, on the basis of the widespread participation of the larger community for the development of society. (With the approval of the relevant department.

# Section 5 Objectives and objectives of the organization: To cooperate with volunteer workers of Yerpur Union to continue the trend of socio-economic development and to contribute to the overall development of the youth, irrespective of party formation and development in the area.

# Section 6 Organization Category / Category Of Categories Category:

A) Advisory Members: Persons with special skills and special skills will be nominated as advisory members of the organization.

B) Founder Member: All the members who are the founding signatories of establishing this organization and the first initiatives for the establishment of the organization will be considered as the founding member / member of this organization. The founder will be called a member of the general council of all member organizations.

# Section 20 fund collection:

You can collect funds from the following organizations:

A) admission fee.

B) Subscriber subscription

C) One-time membership fund

D) Formation of funds through a one-time grant and loan from a project and borrowing from banks, organizations, foundations and financial institutions.

E) Grant of a special person / organization.

F) Government grants

G) Government's Special Projects Grants / Loans

H) Foreign donations, donations and donations of donations, grants etc. of foreign embassy in any work.

# Section 21 Financial management:

In case of financial transactions of the organization, a savings / current account will be opened in the name of the organization in any of the scheduled banks or the country.

(B) The bank account will be operated in the joint signature of any of these three people, the Chairman, General Secretary and Treasurer of the savings / current account number.

C) With the advice of the president and general secretary of the organization, the Treasurer can keep the balance of Taka 10,000 / - (Taka 10,000) for the running expenses. After spending the money in the remaining funds, it will have to accept the approval of the next Executive Council meeting.

D) Money can not be distributed among members of the fund or the amount of the deposited funds at the end of the financial year. Only to achieve the ideals and objectives of the organization and to implement the program, welfare, natural disaster and helplessness can be spent.

E) Approval will be accepted at the meeting of executive council for withdrawal before the expenditure of the organization.

F) The money collected in the name of the company can not be held in any way. After receipt of the collected money, the deposit receipt will be collected as soon as possible after submission of the concerned bank.

G) Banking policy will be followed in all bank transactions.

# Section 25 Foreign aid / donations:

In order to receive the foreign aid / donation of the organization, the rules of the Foreign DONATION Ordinance of 1978 will expose. After receiving foreign aid / donation, the organization will manage only one of the government's one scheduled bank.

# Levy of debt:

The executive council of the agency will be responsible for repayment of loan received from various banks, financial institutions and other sources by the agency.

# Growth of fund # 30:

If any special projects / programs / programs are received for the purpose of enhancing the fund, then the prior approval of the registration authority will be accepted. After the receipt of the project / program, the full accounts of the income-expenditure will be submitted to the registration authority.

# Section 31 Rule and preference of the law:

Notwithstanding anything contained in this constitution, the said organization shall be covered under the Ordinance No. 46 of 1961 and all activities will be conducted in accordance with the existing law and related departments of the country.

# Article 32 Organization abolition:

If there is an inevitable reason for the extinction of the organization, all the responsibilities of the organization are paid by the Executive Council and the membership of the total members (three-fifths)
