I am writing on behalf of my dad, Victor Espina Jr.
5 days ago, he had a motorcycle accident in Dayhagan, Ormoc City, Leyte. He was rescued and admitted in OSPA hospital and was confined in the ICU. The CT scan in his head is okay, but he has a fracture in his C4 Spinal Cord which controls the arms, legs and torso and requires round-the-clock care and my Dad has been transferred to Cebu to have his spine surgery in Cebu Doctors Hospital. I already have his PhilHealth Indigency Insurance but we still need help with the hospitalization since we do not have enough funds.

Healing after Surgery

His surgery incision is slowly healing and he needs time to swallow properly again so we feed my Dad soft food.
Dad is recovering fast and needs rehabilitation

My Dad's recovery was fast after the surgery. He just needs to do extensive rehabilitation for him to be able to walk soon. He still needs catheter care.
