We desperately need a second car!

I hate doing this, but it's our best option.

I'm a stay at home dad of three awesome kids. Unfortunately, the youngest is still too young for school, so my work options are rather limited. Anyway, we have a car, that we scrimped and saved for over ten years, which is great, and my wife uses it to travel to work.  HOWEVER. We live roughly an hour away from school, and we aren't near any bus routes.  I walk my kids to and from school every day, an hour each way. Sometimes, it's not that bad. But in tropical Queensland, temperatures can often get ridiculous, and tropical storms are nasty.

We've started saving ourselves, but with rent, groceries, and the usual living expenses, at this rate we will be able to afford a cheap 2nd hand car in around 20 years :)

So I'm begging you, please, help us to get that elusive second car.
