Water For Ethiopia

We are two passionate 20 year olds with the equipment and knowledge to make a difference.

Two simple elements, hydrogen and oxygen. Without them coming together life couldn't exist. Water covers more than 3/4 of the entire earth but less than 2% of that is drinkable. This scarcity has caused a lot of strife in third world countries, too poor to afford water treatment and filtrations. This one problem is the root of many; people forced to drink dirty water suffer and spread disease. The ones that are able to get clean water, send their women to get it, leaving behind their families and missing out on education. These problems stretch far and devastate communities.

This has inspired our mission. We are teaming up with Daughters of Ethiopia, a non profit relief organization, to build a well, and we have a team of doctors going to treat many of the illnesses that the people there cannot afford. We are there to document all of this so that we can spread the word farther, so these people can get to live their lives without the plague of not having clean water to drink. 

Ring Light Productions is a production company based out of Connecticut and is pairing up with Ethiopia's Daughters, a non profit relief organization backed by various doctors. 

Together we plan to go all around Ethiopia, in December of 2012, providing health care and helping in any way we can. Previous trips have included (but are not limited to)

• Repair and construction of restrooms
• Supplying basic antibiotics
• Teaching village members how to play sports and supplying them with equipment

This december we plan to install a well to provide fresh water to over 10,000 people who are currently without it. But we cannot do it without your help. Donate to our cause and truly make a difference of a massive magnitude.
