Wants to continue my studies

I am an honor student since elementary to high school. eldest and i have 3 siblings. I am from broken family. my mother is working as a domestic helper in Hongkong which is not enough for her to send us all in college. No one from us graduated in college. I am now 27 years old. I was undergrad of civil engineering in University of baguio here in Philippines but only finished 1 year i have to stopped because of financial constraint in 2008.

$400 for my debts in first year for me to get my transcript of records.
$500 for my tuition fees
$100 for a bedroom to rent
$100 for my engineering equipments
$100 that will serve as my allowance or budget for the next 2 months.

I hope I can raised within months.

Thank you so much for the help. I want to finish my studies so that I can be a help to my mom. Since its very hard to find a job if you do not have a bachelors degree.
