Volunteering in Ghana

As some of you may know in August this year I have been given the opportunity to go to Ghana to volunteer. I am working hard to save up for this amazing experience. The majority of the trip I will be funding myself but Plan My Gap year are partnered with fundraising sites to support these adventures. I am hoping to fund money for medical supplies for my trip, Visa, Vaccinations and also to give donations to the families I work with when im in Ghana. Buying new supplies will help the children and give them a better quality of life. I will be going for two weeks on the 2nd August-16th August 2015. I will be combining two projects, the medical project and the orphanage project. As I am hoping to go to university after college, I am hoping this trip will give me an experience which ill never forget and teach me valuable skills. I will be going out there to help the unfortunate children, and work along with Plan my gap year to support these children and the families there. Any donations at all, big or small, would be greatly appreciated. I think my time in Ghana will be life changing. Thank you in advance for your help and support as I begin this new journey!
