The purpose is to review local projects on nature restoration - such as replanting the mangrove of Meghalaya. I am seeking funds to represent "Initiatives of Change" (IofC) at the forthcoming UN Summit on Combating Desertification (COP14) in India.

At the same time, this trip aims to connect with other representatives of IofC - including Mr. Bremley and Aiban from India -

Initiatives of Change: Is a world-wide movement of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviour, starting with their own. - their main focus being Trustbuilding, Ethical Leadership, Sustainable Living

My Previous Work

I have previously been involved in volunteering through "International Forestry Student Association". It was through this organization that I learned of IofC . From June 22 to July 1 - I had the pleasure of joining the organizing team for the CDLS 2019 in Caux, Switzerland. CDLS is an annual conference, in collaboration between IofC and the government of Switzerland - to help indigenous peoples human rights.

Out of 10 nominated representatives from IofC, 2 are from Northern Europe. Of this I want to represent IofC Denmark. The United Nations Convention to Combat Desert Hiking (UNCCD COP14) will take place on 2-13 December. September 2019 at the "India Mart and Expo" in New Delhi, India.
