Volunteer travel

Hello everyone.

My name is Paulo and I'm from Portugal.

Last week on a lecture at my university, two or three people spoke about the erasmus project and some volunteer projects they also have. At first, I was even considering doing Erasmus but then this man talked about a volunteer trip to Philippines and I instantly changed my mind, and why did I do that? Being in Erasmus is not always easy, you have classes on other language that's not yours, you have to adapt yourself to the university you're at and their degree of requirement which can be very different and if I could not adapt myself, it's a whole semester and lots of money going down, money that I don't have..

But this is not even the main reason. The main reason is that I love to help other people, it gives me this genuine happiness when I see someone smile because of something I did, it's a feeling that can't be described.

I already sent an application letters, which they accepted, the only thing remaining is the payment. This trip to Philippines has a cost of 365€, without the flights, that's how I came to the 750€ estimated value.

Please guys, help me helping the others and get an extra complement to my CV.
