Volunteer Ghana Orphanage

My name is Katie McDougall, recently I have been accepted into a program hosted by the Global Volunteer Network. On the 1st July I plan to be leaving for Ghana to work alongside local staff at an orphanage. The home is basic and underdeveloped and the children need love, attention and assistance with education and developing life skills. As a volunteer I will help care for, and mentor the children, asisting with homework and tutoring and initiating activities such as dance, music, games, sports, arts, and crafts. During the day the children attend school, and I will be assisting with the general running duties of the home or assisting at the local school. 

I need to raise £1400 for this cause and will be doing everything I can to raise the money. Its an incredible oppertunity but i cant manage it without your help. Any donation is welcome and will be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much
