Will have three categories. Female Orphanage, Skill Trainers and older woman who either find themselves isolated by being an Indian widow or divorced. Xavier Manchu, a priest in India, has a family would owns two one acre lots adjacent to a girls college near Guntur India. The family is in process of donating to a trust land to be utilized to house and train female orphans. The goal is to develop skills to make money in order to make a good living once the orphans leave the facility. Funds are needed to educate and train the trainers of skills as well as build facilities, install a well and develop the land to support this project. The roll of the older women will be to develop relationships and emotional support for the orphans to take the place of the parents and grandparents they lost. The goal is to have a minimum 50 orphans at any one time. Lastly, safe drinking water projects are needed in the village areas these orphans come from. Helping villages to modernize and providing a safe secure environment for orphans to develop skills in order to become self sustaining once they leave the orphanage is the ultimate goal.
