Campaign Story
We are creating the perfect year round Artist Retreats along the magnificent coastline of Morocco. With a long history in Music, Art, Architecture and Culture, Morocco has been the one of the top destinations for Artists for centuries. We will offer a safe, secluded environment with an exquisite level of service. Painting, architecture, sculpture, literature, music, performing and cinema, There is something for everyone, even for ones wishing to have a break from it all.
Our aim is to have the business ready to start accepting customers from the 1st October 2021 for the winter season.
Phase 1 - Acquire land for build, view of the Strait of Gibraltar, close to beach - Completed
Phase 2 - Road, Foundations, sanitation and utilities. Will complete at the €40 000 mark
Phase 3 - The build and landscaping. Will complete around the €150 000 mark
Phase 4 - Fittings. Staff and training. Promotion. Open for bookings. Ongoing €250 000 mark
Phase 5 - Start Receiving Guests
