Campaign Story
Vicky, 58 years old, diabetic, unemployed, and single, is in need of your help.
Last October 28, 2021, she suffered from mild stroke. From a simple shoulder pain, her right arm and both of her legs started to feel numb. She suddenly can't walk nor use her right hand to hold anything.
Since her mild stroke attack, Vicky already underwent multiple examinations such as CT Scans, MRI, and was given multiple costly medicines for the stroke on top of her daily maintenance medicines for her diabetes. Last November 17, 2021, the results of her examinations came in and the doctor confirmed that she has Atherosclerosis and should immediately undergo surgery on the spine after a 1-week rehabilitation.
If she fails to get the spinal surgery within one (1) month, the entire right side of her body, both upper and lower extremities, will be paralyzed.
Vicky is unemployed and only gets minimal allowance from helping out her nephew's business. She cannot afford the surgery. The procedure alone may cost up to P550,000.00, NOT including her on-going rehabilitation, and other hospital fees during and after the surgery (i.e. professional fee, OR fee, etc.)
I plea for support for Vicky, a selfless sister, generous aunt and caring grandmother. It’s always been her family’s needs first before her own.
Any form of help would be greatly appreciated. Prayers are very much welcome too. God bless you, all!
