URGENT PPE for Frontliners!

Hundreds and thousands of the frontliners i.e. police officers, military, volunteering personnel, doctors, nurses, hospital staff, screening officials, cleaners and many more heroes across Malaysia are risking their lives in making sure the country stays safe and combating against COVID-19 pandemic!

The unsung heroes especially Cleaners have been working hard to perform their tasks as usual in this hardest time!

“The cleaners are also the heroes of the country who are at the forefront with doctors and medical personnel and are committed to protect Malaysians from COVID-19,” Sarasvathy representing the Union of Private Employees Support Services said.

Despite the health risk, Thina, 35, continues his routine to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition. Unfortunately, he does not get the protection or PPE especially face mask while performing his duties. When ask, what keeps him going, and he said, is the need to provide, financially, for his family as he is the breadwinner of his family.

The numbers of COVID-19 cases are rising, and the global shortage of PPEs, is a nightmare!

It is our duty to assist them and to make sure they are well equipped to keep fighting!
