urgent Medicines for my parents and Cousin

Hi . I am Md Golam Rabbi from Bangladesh and i am here for my parents and cousin urgent medicines. My both parents are so much sick due to high diabetes and high blood pressure, Also my mother has high body pain in her whole body and she cant even move sometimes.

We visit to the doctor and he said to take the medicine Untill the month January, My father got retired 2 years ago and he invested all his money for my education. My study is still not finished. I am doing B.sc in EEE from a private university here. Its so costly to study in a private university and my father want me to be a engineer. Thats why he invested all money and now we are suffering.

My parents are everything for me and i will die if anything happens to them. My cousin is also sick by some sexual diseases and skin diseases.

please help me on this and its really urgent. I hope that you all will help me to survive my parents in this tough situation.
