Urgent Medical assistance for CKD patient

We are knocking on your generous hearts and help our friend to fund her urgent needed eye surgery and monthly medical assistance. Jocelyn was initially diagnosed with diabetes 8 years ago since then she started taking prescriptions to manage her blood sugar level and prevent further progression however Jocelyn had been facing complications and infections through the years that later led to more serious disease. Jocelyn was rushed to the hospital July of this year due to hypertension and diabetes but later on was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3B. Jocelyn had to stopped working due to medical condition but medical expenses has to continue amounting to almost 100USD monthly. Lately her vision impairment has gotten worse and it calls for an eye surgery call Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy that would cost almost 7000USD. She and her family currently facing emotional and physical stress and pressure in searching for needed amount to support her eye surgery. Tried asking PCSO and DSWD assistance but most of her prescriptions are not covered.
