URGENT!! Bone Marrow Leukemia Medication for my Dad

My Dad, Thony Abancio, hasn't taken JAKAVI (chemo drug) for MORE THAN 3 MONTHS now and his health starts detoriating significantly again.

He NEEDS to take 1 TABLET (roughly Php 4,000 or $77 PER TABLET) of JAKAVI (amongst other meds) EVERY SINGLE DAY. This requires a CRAZILY HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY and we CAN'T afford it. Mom & I could only do so much.

I HOPE YOU COULD HELP US, HELP MY DAD GET HIS QUALITY OF LIFE BACK. HE USED TO LIVE HEALTHILY, HAS NO VICES BUT THIS ILLNESS IS FROM A MUTATED GENE SO HE WASN'T SPARED FROM THIS BLOOD & BONE MARROW CANCER. HE'S A GREAT PERSON, A GREAT FRIEND, A GREAT SON, A GREAT HUSBAND AND A GREAT FATHER. ANYONE WHO KNOWS HIM COULD ATTEST TO THIS. IT'S SO HARD AND PAINFUL SEEING HIM IN PAIN. HE USED TO BE CHEERFUL AND NOW HE HAS DEVELOPED BAD TEMPER DUE TO THE SICKNESS HE'S BEEN EXPERIENCING EVERY SINGLE DAY. IT'S REALLY HEARTBREAKING SEEING YOUR LOVED ONE IN SUCH CONDITION.

EACH DAY THAT HE MISS TAKING HIS JAKAVI MEDS IS ANOTHER DAY OF SUFFERING & ANOTHER DAY AWAY FROM GETTING BACK TO GOOD HEALTH.

We tried asking help from PCSO and at first they were somehow able to provide some help but recently, they wouldn't be able to due to internal problems. Someone from Jak-Assist (from Jakavi) called us and said we could just buy about half a month's worth of Jakavi for Php 60,000 or $1,155 just so Dad could continue taking medication (Jakavi chemo drug) to avoid further worsening of his health.

Since Dad hasn't taken Jakavi for more than 3 months now, hid health has began worsening again. Dad's in bad shape, eyes swollen, thinning abruptly, tires more easily and his spleen getting enlarged and hardened again. His quality of life is detoriating and it's breaking our hearts seeing him in such conditon. It has been very hard for our family and we badly need help...

Since last October 2018, we were happy that it was almost 3 months since Dad's last blood transfusion and he hasn't needed one since. His lab results had also significantly improved and his physique started looking better again until recently...
