UPP CENTER PROJECT

My dear friends,

recently we reached out for support for the project of opening a UPP Centre. Upon recent reflection of our means and abilities, we no longer think this is the most achievable or beneficial use for donations, at this time. Instead, we have decided to focus a larger portion of donations on supporting our current children and ensuring that they can regularly attend English classes and extracurricular activities.

For this to happen, we need to open a new English class and ensure the children are provided with high-quality teachers, materials and transport to and from the Green Bamboo Centre. We will continue to work toward our goal of increasing the number of students by 40% but will extend this goal to the end of 2023.

The following goals have been fixed with the above in mind.****

Over the past year, we have served over 70 underprivileged children in Ho Chi Minh City and provided them with weekly sports and Education programs.

Our projects have created a secure environment that has increased the confidence and self-esteem necessary for children to develop into discerning and caring individuals.

We now aim to increase the number of students and improve the experiences of our beneficiaries.

To do this we ask for a donation that allows us to:

1) Purchase new materials and school packs (backpacks with materials for school), used to improve our standards and experience.

2) Pay for students to travel to and from their homes to our planned activities.

3) Pay for field trips and other extra-curricular events.

Estimated Yearly costs:

1) New Materials and school packs: $3000 USD

2) Travel: $2000 USD

3) Field trips and other extra-curricular events: $2000 USD
