Hi! Please I need help! I want to pay for University Fees which approximately 1000 USD per annum.

I really really need some extra cash because my dad is a retiree already and my mum is unemployed. I did some part time job as a tutor but the money I got from this job is not enough.

I am very desperate because I really want to be a medical doctor once I graduated.
