Ulcerative Colitis surgery

Hi everyone! I am a 24 years old girl and I have been struggling for the past years with an autoimmune disease called Ulcerative Colitis. It has been really hard for me to understand this disease and live with it. Sadly, it’s been really hard on my mental health and thus my disease is not getting any better. For this reason I have to undergo several procedures in order to see if surgery is needed. However, these procedures have been costing a lot and my family can’t afford it anymore. If anyone can help I would be really thankful. Thank you for reading my short yet somehow sad story.
