Tuition help for Animation Student in Tokyo!

Hello!

My name is Alex and I’m an animation student living in Tokyo. I started this year and am doing the best I can! However I’ve been having problems paying for tuition lately... since art school’s tuition is more than twice the cost of my previous Language school I’ve been having to work twice as hard (I am a freelance translator) and still can’t make ends meet.

My family helps me with some money but it’s only enough to feed myself for a few weeks, and I’ve been falling deeper into debt these past few months.
I can’t do a normal part time job either as 1) they pay less than what I make an hour translating as a freelancer and 2) my school’s itinerary has me studying from 9-7 most days and I have projects after class/before class so I can’t really find a job that will fit in with my schedule.

I’m asking if anyone out there would be willing to donate, even 1$ can make a difference. At the moment any amount of money will help me save for the next time I have to pay tuition in about a month and will also help me with rent.

My dream is to become a character designer for an animation studio in Tokyo! As you can see from the pics in this article I also sell my own fan made manga in events with other friends (not much profit is made from it after printing fees though). Sorry for hiding my face tho! I’m kind of shy and don’t really like having pics taken.

Anyway, I’m hoping someone who can help me is reading this and can help me on my journey, every single donation is greatly appreciated!
