Tuition Assistance

My name is Lisa Paua, I'm 26 years old and I'm currently in my final year for my Bachelor's Degree. Most people who know me personally know that it's been a long ten years getting to the stage where I am now, being able to finally finish my degree. After a long time of jumping from university to university and restarting, over and over again, I'm finally here. Which means more to me than anyone would ever understand.

I've been blessed enough to have parents who were able to shoulder the responsibility of sponsoring my education to this point. Unfortunately, along the journey, my family fell on some financial difficulties, which forced me to make the final change and move, to the university where I am now, in order to still be able to afford costs.

Now, that I'm rounding up, its time for me to start thinking about my future and where I'm headed after I close this chapter of my life. I've made so many plans throughout the past months that I've had to scrap and rethink because of the many obstacles that I kept encountering. Ideally, I'm ready to start my life and stand on my own two feet, but circumstances snatched that opportunity from under my feet just as I was starting to finally get there.

Now, I'd like to have the opportunity to be in an environment and place where I'm able to secure my future and finally start the productive and progressive life that I'd like to have. Unfortunately, I'm not in a financial position to support those dreams and my parents, having other responsibilities and younger siblings to support, are not able to assist either. So, I'm left with only the option of asking for assistance from friends.

I am in need of tuition fees that must be paid within a specified time period. The full tuition is $12, 700. Although, not a very high amount, it's still not within my capacity.

If you know me, you know that I struggle greatly with asking for assistance of any kind and it really pains me that I wasn't able to make this happen on my own. I am a bit embarrassed to have to write this, but at some point I have to put pride to the side and realize what's important for my life and my progression. I would not be writing this if this opportunity didn't mean the world to me.

So, I'm hoping and praying that you'll find it in your hearts to assist me in any way possible. I've worked very hard throughout my student life. I can promise you that your donations would not go to waste. Any amount at all, no matter how small, would be helpful and even if it's just a share, you'd be helping me tremendously.
