Triathlon für World Vision

Hello!

Having been a bit lazy over the past few years, due to lethargy and various injuries (twice torn ACL, broken arm, dislocated elbow, hyperextended hip joint, two chin fractures...) I have recently received a new spring in my step.

Thanks to the nutritional supplements from FitLine, my life has substantially improved: more energy and enthusiasm, fewer (if any) joint aches, pains and niggles and so much more...

On 7th April, I ran (at a snail's pace) the Hannover Half-Marathon, having not trained in advance. My next crazy idea is to attempt the Hannover Triathlon (500m swim, 19.2km cycle and 5km run) on Saturday, 25th May 2019.
