Hello friends. Myself and Adam Heather have committed ourselves to lose some weight and get back into shape. We are currently in training for a Dash Triathlon on November 6th where we will attempt to complete a 400m swim followed by a 30km bike and 5km run. Neither of us have ever done this before and its going to hurt. We are looking for support from our friends in the form of cash being raised for donation to a wonderful Thailand based Foundation called the Pakanyor Foundation. This Foundation was started in 1985 to build clean water access from water sources high in the mountains of Thailand to the Karen villages, which have no clean running water. They do 5-10 projects a year and struggle at times for funding. One donation of 150,000 Baht will help to supply one village with clean, piped in water from a water source above the village. For each donation received, the Foundation can supply you with a receipt that can be used as a deduction in your Thai annual income taxes, so this is a win-win situation for you and for the Karen villagers. Wish us luck !! The two fat bastards will be needing it !
