My family had just found out that my father has stage 4 cancer after he was brought to the hospital after quite some time of tolerating a discomfort that he was feeling. It seems that had chosen to hide the discomfort that he was feeling because he was thinking of our financial status and the fact that my mom was the main bread-winner. I created this campaign after hearing from my father's sister that he had friends and schoolmates from way-back that wish to start a fund-raising to help his treatment. Though initially I thought of this as a way to at the very least make it a bit more convenient for his friends and family who wish to help, I cannot deny the fact that every little bit of help will go a long way.
