Treatment for lupus

Hello.My name is Marina and i will be 36 soon.My main problem is my health issue.I have Lupus,I had a lot of treatmants with steroids but because of that I have severe pelvic inflammation in addition to other joints and terrie skin on my arms where I have discharges that hurt terribly and itch and do not heal in any way. I need laser treatment which costs a lot, from 8000-12000 euros. I am unemployed and have no finances to help myself,I tried with my art(Im proffesional painter) but not going well.My movement is limited and painful.I also have hole in my hip because of steroids.My big wish is that I'm waking up and moving normally again. With active Luous thats nkt possible.I want to do sports again and work as normal people.Any help is welcome.
