Campaign Story
Baby Patrick was born preterm at 27 weeks, stayed in the ICU for 57 days,he suffered infections, Patent ductus Arteriosus (PDA), and jaundice etc. He was recently diagnosed with cortical blindness, his MRI results show evidence of end-stage periventricular leukomalacia, cerebral atrophy, and dysgenesis of the corpus callosum. He has not been able to catch up with milestones like sitting, holding his neck firmly etc
Patrick's only hope to conquer all the above mentioned is Stem Cell Therapy which is scheduled to be done at NeuroGen Brain and Spine Institute Hospital in Mumbai India and this will be accompanied by an intensive neurorehabilitation process, which includes Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Creative Visualization & Counseling (in toto referred to as Neuro Regenerative Rehabilitation Therapy).
