Help for cancer treatment

I was diagnosed with breast cancer 18+ months. Despite chemo, surgery, radiation, and an "all clear" in March of this year, it never went away, or it's back and it's stage IV. This week, I was told by my oncologist that there is nothing left to try, and I was denied a clinical trial by the National Cancer Institute as well as the same at sloan kettering- because the cancer is too widespread. I am on a maintenance drug, but it's still growing, DAILY I am finding new tumors on different parts of my body.. It's now in my liver and lungs, and there's a tumor in my chest wall and sternum, moving through my bones, and in my head and sinuses, abdominal wall, clavicle, rib cage, in my spine, thigh bone and God only knows where else.. At this point I am in search of a doctor or scientist who will administer immunoptherapy that would potentially give me some more time with my children and family and get my affairs order..

We are praying for a miracle and your prayers are greatly appreciated. Any other options I can explore will cost a lot of money, and if our greatest fears come true, I would like to have the freedom and be able to afford to spend as much time with family and friends as possible.
