Travel expenses for health reason

I am suffering from Cauda equina syndrome since 2007 for which I was surgery operated on three times. This came from possibly overwork, and physical stress. It left me with a problem with the nervous system (multiple neuropathy syndrome), a lot of pain that I don't understand coming from, and numbness in my lower body, very annoying and painful. I was getting a disability pension until last November 2019 (since 2007 when I got sick and every two years I had to pass a committee and prove obvious, that I have a chronic problem) and put aside money to come to Greece.

Finally they asked me for more papers, and finally, the money that we had saved ran out ... and we left here ... locked out without any help, without medicines for my pain.
What we try to do is go back to Greece.
Please help us go back to Greece. We are blocked here. I sent a message to the Prime Minister's office, to ministries, to the embassy here in the Philippines, unfortunately, no one wants to help. They are not available or simply they don't care.
What we are asking for is simply your help. I have no other way.
Frustration gets to your limits and especially if you have physical pain.
If you can ... please, we need to go back to Greece. Our tickets cost almost 2,000 euros. The point is that we need to come to Greece and we MUST come to Greece because of my health condition. We just get the courage, because we think we talk to Humans above all, your help will be so precious to us.
Even 1 or 2 euros, we will collect them and we will finally come to Greece. And finally, make a surgery operation in my leg and my spine.
