RUN 4 CHILDHOOD CANCER

Due to the current situation, the TransPerfect Mountain Challenge sporting event has been postponed, but our desire to continue supporting AFANOC remains intact.

That is why we have organized the Run 4 Childhood Cancer Challenge until the end of 2020! Together with friends and family, we hope to count on you to join us in the fight against childhood cancer and in supporting the Associació de Familiars i Amics de Nens Oncològics de Catalunya (AFANOC).

How to participate

1. Run, cycle or hike as many kilometers as you can within just one day or several days and donate your kilometers. For example, 4 km = 4€.

2. Practice activities like yoga, pilates, work out, meditation… within just one day or several days and donate your minutes. For example, 40 min = 4€.

3. You can even combine different activities and donate the sum of km and min. For example, running 4 km + yoga 40 min + meditation 40 min = 12€

4. Convert your min (10 min = 1 €) or km (1 km = 1 €) into Euros at the “DONATE HERE” button below.

5. (optional) Take a sporty selfie and tag us on Instagram @transperfectmountainchallenge and #Run4ChildhoodCancer so we can support each other in the challenge

Debido a la situación actual, se ha aplazado el evento deportivo TransPerfect Mountain Challenge, pero nuestras ganas por seguir apoyando a AFANOC siguen intactas.

Es por ello que hemos creado el challenge Run 4 Childhood Cancer, junto con amigos y familiares, esperamos poder contar con vosotros para unirnos en la lucha contra el cáncer infantil y dar apoyo a la AFANOC (Associació de Familiars i Amics de Nens Oncològics de Catalunya).

¿Cómo participar?

1. Corre, pedalea o camina el máximo de km que puedas en un día o durante varios días. Por ejemplo 4 km = 4 €.

2. Practica actividades como yoga, pilates, meditación, etc. y dona los minutos que hayas hecho en un día o varios días. Por ejemplo: 40 min = 40 €.

3. Puedes combinar diferentes actividades y donar la suma de km y min. Por ejemplo, correr 4 km + yoga 40 min + meditación 40 min = 12 €

4. Convierte tus kilómetros (1 km = 1 €) o minutos (10 min = 1 €). Dona la cantidad en esta página.

5. Comparte en tus stories/posts de Instagram los km/min hechos y etiquétanos: @transperfectmountainchallenge y añadir el hashtag #Run4ChildhoodCancer para poder apoyarnos en la causa.

6. Todos lo kilómetros/minutos que dones irán íntegramente destinados a AFANOC.
