Tools and other Needs to Support Studies

I'm knocking on someone's generous heart to support me with my distance learning studies in the US as a scholar at University. I need tools for online learning and studying like laptop or tablet devices and the internet. I also need some other materials for my studies. I don't have the stable job to afford those tools. So in any way that I know that I don't need to make some bad things to have it, I'm asking for some help to at least support me with this journey. Thank you and God bless you always.
