“TO STAY ALIVE” – SRS fundraising

Dear Friends,

My name is Santa Khurai and i am from Manipur, a remote state in North East India. I have been working as a LGBT rights activist since the past ten years in Manipur and other state of North East India. Apart from my activism i also write poems and short stories as a part of my hobby. I had entered my puberty as a psychological scared individual due to the uncomfortabilty with my body and sex assigned at birth and makes me feel like living in nightmare, realizing the fact that i am a boy who identified myself as a girl. The inner sense of my girlish inside me has been stood up like a big barrier in my life. I have lost so many opportunity in my life because of my transness, bullied, mocking, atrocities, death threat were a daily routine of my life and i even tried to kill myself three times but luckily i was saved. However i didn't give up and continue my life and asserting for the rights and dignity for Gender and Sexual Minority people at state, regional, national and international level.

To get rid off from the problem i have with my body. I had started taking hormones since 2014 and did my breast augmentation in 2017 and Orchidectomy In March 2015 at Bangkok. The series of surgery conducted to the journey to become a woman was all invested from the money which was donated by a trans sister from Australia. Now i am planning to do the major and final surgery called Vaginoplasty in June 26th 2018 in Puducherry. I am requesting you all to kindly support my SRS by donating money to reach my targeted amount.
