To get parent visa for my visual impare 69 old mum

My mum is 69 old who very loving , kind and she dedicated her life for us and her husband died 10 years ago in tragic road accident. She is having retina detachment since in her early 30 of age and one eye is totally dead, from the other she only can see shadows. Me and brother only children she have both live in Australia and in our home country no one to look after my mum, so we are trying to get her permanent parent visa in Australia because with visitor visa she not safe to travel frequently with her eye condition.

Myself and brother still doing our studies so if someone can help us its a very life saving help for us to keep her safe with us in her older age. Because of she we are here today and what we re today. We try our best give her happiness......
