To buy a house

Hi everyone, I am raising this money to buy my own house, because since years I have been staying in a small studio apartment with my mother and sister. Now I am in love with a girl whom I planning to get marry soon. But before I take this step I need a house where I can make her stay comfortably. I have approached banks for loans but the property rates are very high in my area. And based on my salary banks are only lending me ₹40,00,000 And the property cost in ₹1,00,00,000 out of which I have managed to save ₹10,00,00 from the savings. Currently the girl is having too much pressure from her family to at marry but looking at my situation I don’t want her to suffer but I really love her and I want to give my family a proper house to stay.
