Three Cheers for Team Pilipinas! Send us to ICU Worlds 2018!

Mabuhay! We are Team Pilipinas Coed Elite, the country's national coed cheerleading team! This April, we will be representing the Philippines in the International Cheer Union (ICU) World Championship – widely recognized as “The Olympics of Cheerleading” – in Orlando, Florida.

In case you’re unfamiliar with cheer, it is a sport wherein teams of around 24 members perform an intense, fast-paced, and technical routine. Each 2-and-a-half-minute performance is a medley of death-defying stunts, seemingly impossible pyramids, and gracefully powerful gymnastics & dance moves carefully designed to garner the highest possible score from a panel of judges.

In order to reach that goal, the team humbly appeals to anyone who would be kind enough to make a monetary donation to help us fulfill our dream of winning the ICU World Championship for our country. The funds will be used to pay for all members’ airfare and lodging (~115,385.05 Php/person). Donations of any and all amounts would be highly appreciated; and by contributing, you lend a hand in sending the team to Orlando and cultivating the sport of cheerleading in the Philippines.
