THE TOYBOX FUNDING CAMPAIGN
Hello everyone and welcome to the toy box campaign,I am a single mum from clare, i am a sole trader who is awaiting part funding from Clare Local Development which only cover equipment costs for my business.the toybox is an online toy store that i thought of myself, as i grew up around a lot of toys myself i decided to complete my venture by opening an online toy store.i am hoping the toybox will become popular in ireland when i get the right funding to get the online shop up and running. i have studied a lot to get this far,so i do not intend to give up on my dream,i have the ability to pursue my dream, and i know there are kind hearts out there who are willing to help,
so hope you enjoy reading my campagin ,here is a small buisness plan for my toybox store.
TOYBOX SMALL BUSINESS PLAN:
I would like to specialize in an assortment of merchandise toys, and everyday toys,for children of all ages
.my business image which i have chosen will exemplifies what children are seeking in toys and gift
what differentiates my business from other speciality retail shops would be my offers :
1:The buy one get one free offers,
2:Spend so much get a percentage of.
3.Enter a special code receive, which i will only give to a few certain customers. a discount and a free gift.
I plan to generate a moderate profit,
my first year would be setting up the online business,
and the second year would to maybe expand.
I am different from my competitors in this way
:1:My service will be price effective.
2.My delivery will be fast.
1 :Generate total sales Revenue to establish a profit at the end of year one.
2:.Establish my business name through out the community.
3. Expand my business in the near future
Keys to success:
1:.Establish a loyal customer following by offering seasonal promotions,discounts.
2:,distributing direct ,mail postcards.
3:.Offering quality merchandise,at affordable prices
4:.Providing a visibly inviting and comfortable shopping environment.

The detail of my work is working from home selling good quality toys, my toy supplier for the toybox will be empire discount, as they have offered me the cheapest quote from america.i am hoping to buy products in bulk if i receive some donations, as cldc grants only cover equipment.i will then sell the products at a higher price.
all donations will be put towards business registration,.website registration and suppliers.
There is always good sales in the toy industry, especially seasonal toys. my online store can save the expense of monthly lease/utilities.
The target market that i aim for is children all age ,i like to make all children happy with there favourite toys.
My store address at the moment is not popular as it needs to get recognized my facebook buisness page is the toybox online store check it out.i am trying to save the time for parents instead of going to the toy store if they are too busy They can then take the pleasure of ordering online,and not worry about queuing up in busy toy stores.
1:Advertise in local publications.
2:Host social media page and website.
3:Attend trade shows,Fairs, and boot sales.
My ideal customer would be a long term customer,who likes certain label products.
.my target market is children from all ages.
I would have activities on my website for all children to do , to win prizes
1:Colouring competitions - colour different pictures.
2:Follow ted competitions -put up photos of your ted.
. the children then in return will win a prize.
The Biggest resource I give my business:
1:I visited many toy sites,inside knowledge,and web site professional.
.for every donation i receive i will send everyone an email for my pre launch list. i would also like to sell on eBay too.also i will reward donators with a buy one get one free offer, or spend a certain amount get a percentage off.
In the toy box store i would like to offer unique products. i would like to do my website to appeal to potential customers
, I aim to sell all brand toys,as there is always a big demand in the toy industry
.I would also like to hop on trends early. in other words i would like to release a new toy before it hits the shelve. i know many trends don't last, but the upside can be tremendous for a small business owner.so i would like to launch before the craze,and launch in the right market at the right time.
In the toy box i would like to cater for customers passions or even their vices. shoppers often spend more on guilty pleasures,developing deep loyalty brands that understand there obsessions.
I would like to work with toys that are worth investing in example:
Star wars, Transformers, a lot of people are buying products that remind them of there child hood- the growing middle class. toys are becoming one of the biggest areas of investments.
TOY REVIEW SAMPLE:Nerf is known for its foam projectiles,designed for children age 5 upwards. Hashbro Nerf nitro motofury rapid rally is a one of a kind motorised blaster that fires foam cars at rapid speeds. children can preform there own stunts for a price of 49.99. the sales on these were tremendous.

The toybox recognises that all kids are unique,and each has there own individual needs,every child has a favourite toy,and most children keep up to date with the new toys
. I will also mention people on my website,and i can also advertise for them on the website too. the demand for childrens toys wont abate anytime, with the rate at which manufactures of children's toys improvise their toys.starting an online toy store is a profitable business but requires moderate start up capital and no technical training or formal training,the line of business falls under buying and selling . i hope you enjoyed reading and look forward to your help,hope to go further with my venture, in the future.
