Thesis Production on Advocating Breastfeeding

Hi! I've been breastfeeding my child for 4 years now and has learned a lot from other moms particularly from Breastfeeding Pinays ( a Facebook group of Filipino moms and even dads who support each other). To give back and pay forward the valuable lessons and support I gained which helped me succeed in this journey of providing the only perfect milk for my child, I decided to incorporate it in my culminating project as I gear up towards finishing my undergraduate degree. I will be creating a web series that shall provide mothers who cannot easily access live seminars physically for variety of reasons including geographic restrictions and financial limitation. It will be made available online to be accessed for free and shall target mostly fellow Filipina moms like me.

My thesis proposal has been approved since last year. However, I am not able to proceed with the production due to financial limitations. This academic year, I would like to finish all my requirements and finally graduate. To make that happen, I need to fulfill my thesis requirements this academic year.

With that, I am resorting to crowdfunding to help me raise the funds I need on top of my other personal steps to raise funds.

The funds raised for this project will be used for the following:
*studio rental

*majority for logistics of the whole production

*food and transportation for production team and breastfeeding moms to be interviewed

*rental of lighting set up

*purchase of additional technical equipment such as higher capacity hard drive to contain all the raw videos for post-processing

*acquirement or rental of another unit as second camera
