The Philippines Pandemic Pizza Party is ran by Blue Ribbon Dive Resort in Mabini, Batangas.

Mabini, also known primary as Anilao in the scuba diving world, is a peninsular that relies heavily on the tourism industry in the Philippines, with some of the best diving in the world.

Since the Pandemic has struck, there have been many people made unemployed, business' going out of business, limited government assistance, due to lack of government funds. Blue Ribbon Dive resort is one of the many resorts that has been relying on donations and fundraising to keep their staff fed.

While things looked like things were getting back to normal slowly in the area, Manila started getting a big spike in COVID cases, and went back to lockdown. Manila and international travelers are the entire income source for the resorts here, thus also the life blood for the hundreds of families living here.

Blue Ribbon Dive resort recently started 'Mabini Pizza', trying to make some income, delivering pizza to locals in the area. The owner, Jonathan Venn, plays an online computer game called 'EVE Online', where his online friends in 'The Serenity Syndicate' came up with a great idea to help the business get launched, and help the locals. Thus the Philippines Pandemic Pizza Party was born.
