The Peace&Tolerance Tour , from Egypt to India :)

This page is to help me fund my travel to India to attend a peace building program and volunteer in disadvantaged communities :)

It is with great pleasure that I knew that I have been accepted as a participant in the 2015 Caux Scholars Program-Asia Plateau ,India as a scholar and a volunteer . It is a remarkable three weeks program about conflict resolution and sustainable development; it will be of youth from around the world and of various backgrounds to share experiences and insights. Throughout the three weeks, I will learn to analyze conflicts, to understand the factors that create and sustain conflicts, and provide practical understanding of approaches to resolving conflicts. The program includes approximately 40 hours of academic classes, seven hours per week of “Service for Leadership” practical work, and a field trip to help disadvantage communities around and after voluntary tolerance tour to teach kids to beautifully live together and accept our difference searching in everyday in beauty, peace and justice.

I am really delighted to get this opportunity as very few get to participate in this amazing program each year, and I am blessed to be selected among those whom program tuition will be funded but still the organization does not cover my travel cost (airline tickets and personal expenses around).I've just got my visa and I managed to get a very few sum of the total ,hence extra contribution (750$) is kindly required so I can finally make it into the tolerance tour and given the fact that the program will start on 20^th I am hoping that this campaign will succeed very soon to give me an access to an amazing exceptional experience that is conducive to the learning process that goes beyond the pleasure of good learning to the extend of reaching a new level of eye-opening journey of sailing into the sea of knowledge and real inspiration.

My name is Asmaa, from Egypt ,A change seeker , I started the journey, searching for my true-self, I have taken the risk of my own life not only to know who I am but also and most importantly to believe in who I may be, on the road I learned to lend a hand to others, to see , to learn , to love, tried and still trying to change myself and to help more people especially those victimized by poverty and ignorance in my country and in the world, and my only way do so is by gaining more knowledge and experience. I believe that "the main hope of a nation lies in the proper education of its youth" & that “those who love peace must learn to organize as effectively as those who love war”.My life aim is to be a real change agent, I believe in the urgent need for education, peace and sustainable development, and that people with new skills for change cannot continue working on isolated islands.

I will learn, teach kid , spread my experience and knowledge of and through practices of peace of tolerance in India and Egypt.

Your contribution will be a reward of planting a new seed of education and tolerance among others all will replicate to make a difference.
