US$161.00raised of $5,000.00 goal goal
Animals in communities with limited veterinary care do not need to suffer. We provide veterinary services at no cost in Ghanaian communities and also provide public education to help prevent diseases. The Animal Aider Project is run by a group of volunteers who want to improve animal health, reduce diseases transmitted from animals to humans and improve the human animal bond.
The project is situated in Ghana where I live. People are not able to provide help for their animals due to increased costs of living, lack of awareness in communities and low coverage of Veterinary services. With Ghana being endemic for rabies, the lives of animals and humans are at risk.
The project will be conducted in various Ghanaian communities to increase veterinary coverage and fill in the gaps.
The budget of the project is USD 4,309. 19 and this comprises of free animal vaccination, deworming, medical check-ups and community education.
The project will occur every year and the amount donated will be used to help animals in the community.
I would be happy if you could use the [Help by sharing] button to share about my project and also donate to support this outreach!
