Taking an injured pigeon to a veterinarian.

Hello,

So I've found a pigeon about a week ago, on the rooftop of our house, it was trying to fly but couldn't, so I caught it and it was injured, the wound was on one of it's wings,

I can't tell if the wing is broken but it seems so, anyway I kept using iodine on the wound but i wasn't able to tell if it got any better, after that I've posted in some sites to get some help about how to help it,almost all the responses I got were advising me to take it to a veterinarian or because i can't treat it myself and it needs professional help, the problem is that i can't afford paying the veterinary cost or buying the medicament for it, I have also searched for any low cost or free service for helping animals here in Morocco/Casablanca but I didn't found any.

The cost for veterinary is about 25$ + medicament or any additional costs about 20$, that's the amount needed but the minimum amount in this website must be greater than 250$, so if any moderator can modify it to 45 or 50 would be better because I don't need 251$, also if anyone can address me to a free service for animal care here in my country it would be great and I will cancel this campaign.
