Survival at Stake because of Bankruptcy

First of all thanks for reading. I am Vivek and looking for all your help to recover from my debts. It all started in the year 2012 and the biggest mistake was when I decided to opt for a personal loan to close an education loan. I lost my dad when I was in school and I completed my graduation with the help of donors and bank loans.

I was not earning a handful salary and had difficulty to make ends meet (expenses and loan payment). So, I started a small-scale food business to get some additional cash which was running successfully in the initial stage. So,I decided to partner with an acquaintance to expand my business. Despite my acquaintance making the majority of investments, I took some loans (unstructured loans and pledging jewels) to support the business. The next mistake I did was to quit my job to focus on the business full time. The business despite running fairly well didn't bring in liquid case to payback my lenders, then my business started going down because of poor financial planning and growing debts.

At that point of time, I was out of a job and all debts becoming over-due. I have accumulated a debt of 35 lakhs which I have to pay the banks and other money lenders.
