Surveillence Systems to Protect Romanian Virgin Forests

Forests are the most important component of terrestrial ecosystems. Forests play an irreplaceable role in conserving water, regulating climate, maintaining soil and water, and maintaining the biodiversity of the Earth.

After several volunteer attempts to clean the roads bordering one of the most beautiful forest near Bucharest, I have decided to treat the 'garbage problem' in another way than ' the power of example'.

In just two days after our campaign of cleaning the adjacent roads and the surrounding woods, I have found new garbage bags dropped from cars, trucks etc.. Every time was the same situation. Our work was not considered in any way and the locals didn't realize the importance of our work and struggle of keeping our woods clean and fresh.

The solution is to make local people understand that they have to respect the law and for that an ingenious surveillance system was taken into consideration. As any smart-tech innovation nowadays, such a system especially developed for woods and forests, comes with a price. We really hope you can help us in our cause and put the shoulder in this great campaign. Nature have to be preserved and people who alter-ate it have to be responsible for their negative acts.
