Surgical expenses top surgery

So, here I am. My name is Kay. It’s really hard for me to do this since I don’t really like asking anyone for help. But I’m thinking that this time might be okay.

I’m saving money for my top surgery and I’m really close.

To be honest I’ve worked my butt off and I managed to save most of the needed amount but still it’s not enough for paying the medical expenses and being able to live 1 month with no work or some kind of income.
