Surgery for Dardan

My brother Dardan (21) suffers from Nystagmus, a disability to control your eye movement, since he was a little child. My family tried everything, from therapies to surgery, but nothing could help. Due to the fact that he sometimes cannot see anything and loses his balance and cannot concentrate on anything, he was even forced to discontinue school. His only possibility to achieve recovery is a unique surgery practised in the United States. As the bank and health insurance refuses help, I would like to ask you to help my brother get at least a chance of a change in his live. He has been going through very much his whole life and is very depressed, since he knows that it would be very difficult to acquire this amount of money. For me as a loving sister it is very hard to see my brother suffer like this and I would do anything to make it happen.
