Support Xian Kyle’s Operation

Baby Xian Kyle Arganosa is a jolly 1 year and 4 month old baby boy. He was diagnosed with Vesicoureteral Reflux Bilateral with Reflux Nephropathy, a condition associated with the kidneys. Vesicoureteral Reflux (VUR) causes urine to flow backwards from the bladder to the kidneys and usually leads to kidney infection and damage. Reflux Nephropathy, on the other hand, is a type of kidney damage, as a result of VUR. Kyle's right kidney is already classified as grade V, which is the highest grading in the renal injury scale.

Doctors from the National Kidney and Transplant (NKTI) Institute recommended that he undergo an operation as soon as possible to fix this and prevent any further complications. The procedure to be done is a Bilateral Ureteral Re-implantation and Cutaneous Vesicostomy. This will allow urine to flow normally from the kidney to the bladder and stop it from flowing backwards.
