Support Mila, a future sailing champion to replace her boat

Hi, my name is Mila!

I'm only 11 years old and I have been a sailor for a big part my life!

I always wanted to follow my dad steps, and I started sailing Optimist since I was 6 years old. I trained a lot and participated in several competitions all over Lithuania under all possible weather conditions. I have already won several of them and in 2021, I won the first place in under 12 years old category.

After this victory, I was very close to participate in the European championship and maybe one day, take place in the Olympic games!

My family made a lot of sacrifices to make this dream come true, endless hours of training, a lot of extra works for my parents and last year, thanks to them, I received something that I wasn't excepting: my own optimist boat that would allow me to compete with the best and become one day a sailing champion!

Unfortunately, in Autumn, something very bad happened. I was supposed to participate in a last few rounds of competition and was getting closer to realize my dream but the place where my boat and the entire fleet of optimists from my club were stored was burned and nothing was left of it.

All my dreams came to an abrupt stop, years of hard work and sacrifices were wasted. My family didn't have the budget to replace my boat and I had to withdraw from the competition.

My mum and dad tried everything they could, but today, I still cannot participate in competition, I cannot sail, I cannot realize my dream and I'm asking for your support.
