Support Joanne’s Fight Against Breast Cancer

Hello everyone! I am Mary Joanne Quilon-Mallare, 34 years old, a wife, and a mother to a seven year old child with special needs.

During this Covid-19 pandemic, I had Breast Cancer recurrence from overcoming this condition last 2014. I recently underwent surgery last March 25, 2021 and would need to complete 18 session of chemotherapy for my adjuvant treatment. My first 6 sessions would required the use of 3 different chemo medicines (Docetaxel, Carboplatin, and Trastuzumab) per session which would cost us around 90k every 3 weeks. My 7th to 18th sessions will only use Trastuzumab which would cost around 60k for the medicine alone.

All estimates indicated are for the purchase of the chemo medicines only excluding the doctor’s professional fee, hospital charges on outpatient chemotherapy unit facilities, pre-medications, and 12% service charge on medicines purchased outside the hospital.
